IN VIGNA: Montepulciano bred guyot on hilly terrain with good exposure between 300 and 450 meters above sea level, with very low yield per hectare.
IN CELLAR: The grapes are carefully selected by hand, the fermentation of the must with the skins takes place at a temperature 22-24 ° C for 15/20 days in stainless steel tanks.
AGING: Part in barrique, the rest in stainless steel tanks.
SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS: Impenetrable ruby red, intense nose of dried flowers, ripe fruit and black cherry jam, cocoa, toasted, vanilla; in the mouth it is soft, warm, intense, enveloping, rightly tannic and with an almond finish.
COMBINATIONS: Salami, liver, game, grilled meats.
